"Jonas Enroth was just as beastly as his counterpart. In fact Blake Wheeler is probably going to see Enroth popping up in his nightmares for some time. The Buffalo goalie stoned Wheeler on at least 3 grade A scoring chances. He posted a .949 save percentage tonight and had some real mustard to his game.

He was outdone by Pavelec though. With the game on the line and Ron Hainsey sliding into his right leg preventing the Winnipeg keeper from setting up, Pavelec pulled out a glove hand to stop Vanek at point blank range. In fact he might have robbed Vanek so badly that the Buffalo sniper should be wondering just what happened."

look at the shot differential dude. without enroth, this game was over after the first. he stopped almost double the shots that pavelec did. I was at the game, and i only recall one great save by pavelec, on vanek like you mentioned above. Enroth faced far harder shots and had a worse team and defense in front of him.

I agree with the 3 stars thing though. Ennis shouldn't have been on there. Pavelec should have been the 3rd star

I thought the three stars were a joke as well. They should have been:
1. Enroth
2. Pavelec
3. Vanek

I have no idea why the jets have our number. Good luck the rest of the way.

You're a bit loopy if you think we're one of the biased 3 star selectors...

First off it was a duel and Enroth played HUGE but with the game on the line Pavelec was a bit better. Yes Enroth saw 39 shots so he had way more work- valid point.

Jets defense is missing 2 of top 4 right now so it could have been a gong show.

Pavelec made at least 3 or 4 big saves.

All of Enroth's big saves were luck, he was scrambling or had no idea if he actually made the save or not. He did face more shots, but I cant say he faced tougher shots.

Pavelec Was great down the stretch in that game when it really counted. Pavelec robbed Vanek so bad late in the third I thought Vanek was going to congratulate him. Enroth was bad ass as well. Great game tonight. Eff the Sens!

Guy is the biggest homer, he was comparing Okposo to Matt Cooke over the weekend

Thank you Jets!
Even if we would have won, it really does not mean anything!
At least, we can get a better draft pick now.

Selection is a goofy thing and the media at FNC is not the only group to have a home bias. I've helped pick the stars before and it's not easy in a close game.
